Our goals can only be reached by having a plan of action and executing upon that plan.

For those of you who know me on a personal and/or professional level, you know that I am somewhat of an organizational nut! I am an insatiable list maker and the epitome of a planner. For those of you who share my passion for planning, here are a few forward thinking topics for your District Leadership Team to consider.

Change Management
Have you planned periodic communications to your District Leaders and all future Tyler SIS End Users? Here are a few ideas which may help you.
Meet with the District Leadership Team regularly to recap the Implementation progress and planned progress in the coming weeks. Encourage the District Leaders to meet with their respective teams to share information and discuss upcoming plans.
Meet with the District Super User Team to discuss expectations and importance of this role and share training plans and roll out plans.
Publish the end user training schedule, including training room location, training session dates and times. Include expectations regarding individual training participation.

Tyler SIS eLearning
Have you introduced yourself to our Tyler SIS eLearning offerings?
Do you have an eLearning rollout plan?
If you have answered ‘No’ to either of the above questions, talk with your Tyler Project Manager about SIS eLearning and how it can benefit your School District. Also, look for our upcoming SIS eLearning Overview webinar invitation, offered in April, May, June and August. This Overview will include simple approaches to utilizing Tyler SIS eLearning in your School District.
